RETURNS
NK Footwear will take back goods with a manufacturing fault. To return goods, please contact our Customer Service Team on 0870 478 5055, or email customerservice@dunloptsafetyshop.com For any other (i.e. non faulty returns) there is a 20% restocking fee on all goods returned.
Goods returned to NK Footwear as defective will be inspected on receipt. Credit of 100% of the invoice value will be raised for all items found to be defective. Goods returned as defective which are subsequently found to be in good condition will be subject to a handling charge of 40% of the invoice value of the goods.
Should we inadvertently send you the wrong products, you may return them at NK Footwear’s expense for full credit. Please contact your NK Footwear Customer Service Dept within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Should you order the wrong product or quantity by mistake, at NK Footwear’s discretion, we may accept a return providing the goods comply with the conditions laid out under Our Returns Policy below.
What is our returns policy?
We will gladly accept your return of UNWORN product within 14 days from the time of purchase, in the original shoe box with all manufacturing tags and labels intact and include your order’s packing slip. Please allow one week for your return to be processed. A credit should appear against your credit card within 14 days from return.
We cannot give a refund for merchandise returned after the 14-day period.
If you suspect a defect on worn product, the product must undergo inspection before a credit is made to your credit card. Please call 0870-4785055 for further instruction on returning defective merchandise.
NK Footwear is not responsible for return delivery charges unless the Footwear is defective or damaged during shipping. Please allow 30 days for returns processing to be completed.
For items purchased by Credit Card, or ATM/debit check card, please note that your card will be credited for the item returned.
Please be aware that when you request an exchange, your credit card is credited for the charges incurred on your original order for the item returned. A new order is entered for the new item requested, your credit card is authorized and then charged when the new order ships. Your credit card will be charged for standard delivery when your new order ships. It takes 4 to 6 weeks for returns to be processed
Shipping Damage:
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipment, contact our Customer Service team within 10 days of delivery on 0870 478 5055. Please have your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. NK Footwear will make every reasonable effort to reorder the item or credit your purchase in a timely manner.
If any of the items ordered from NK Footwear do not meet with your satisfaction, please return them unworn and undamaged within 7 days of receipt and we will refund you the cost of the goods and postage or send you an alternative of your choice.
Please ensure that any returned goods are adequately insured as we cannot accept liability for any goods posted by customers which are lost or damaged in transit.
